Beach Body Pilates

I was about to purchase this video here on amazon, but, wanted to see a clip of it first. That's when I found what looks like the complete video (22+ minutes) on youtube!!

Refresh your Pilates routine!
Excellent core work, some tricep dips, and even a tiny glute segment! I had a great time doing this pilates series. Jessica Smith has great instruction, like for the plank series, where she slowly takes you into the plank starting with how your arms should be and how you tuck your core in, etc. I recommend doing this after another workout of your choice and length of time. I did this after a 30 min. lower body workout. It is a floor series, another thing I absolutely love about this after doing standing work. The beach is beautiful, an awesome background. I found this both challenging and relaxing.

Wonderful routine to add to your normal rotation! It's very cold where I am, so I love seeing the beach!!
There is a great variety of moves, which not only work your core, but also your legs, butt, arms and back as well.
A excellent video to help keep you limber and stretch out a tight back!
