Breathe, Stretch & Relax



Relaxed and more limber
I initially purchased the 1-week Instant Video rental and have since purchased the full version. The instruction is clear, the moves are simple enough for beginners, but there are also more advanced variations. There are quite a few stretches in this video, (stretches from head to toe!) and because of that I thought the video was a bit more fast paced the first time I did it. Now that I'm used to the sequence, the pace feels good to me.

I always feel very relaxed and just a little more flexible every time I complete the stretches. Since I started doing these stretches, my neck and shoulders have loosened up and my hips are not as tight as they used to be. I've been doing these stretches when I get home from work and it helps me to shake off the stress of the day.

Great full body stretch!
I was looking for a good stretching type program to start after my current cardio/strength training routine. My cardio/strength training is pretty intense and I wanted something that would allow me to get all my muscle groups. I was frustrated that so many of the available videos are 1.5 hours...I don't have time for that after already working out for 1.5 hours. This being only 20 minutes is AWESOME! It is a great and quick stretch after your workout.

It should not take the place of a regular yoga program, but does fit in well for daily use. I look forward to increasing my flexibility through the use of this!

Very Helpful
I liked the explanations before each exercise. The scenery was great - relaxing. Unfortunately I had a health issue that made it difficult to do on the floor. Hopefully when it gets straightened out (hip & back) I'll be able to use this again.
